The ALM3220 is a breakthrough in laminating technology. Laminating has never been so fast and easy. Fujipla's revolutionary compact auto laminator is as easy to use as a copy machine and warms up in 5 minutes. Just load from 1 to 200 documents in the automatic feeder and press the start button.  Each document is automatically fed into the laminator, laminated with the special lamination film, trimmed to size and then stacked on the collection tray. The ALM3220 can adjust to different size documents up to 12” x 18” and can adjusted to trim with or without a margin. The special AL laminating film comes in 1.5, 3 or 5 mil thickness in gloss or matte finish.

At last, a superb quality US made laminator to bridge the gap between school and expensive entry level commercial machines. It is capable of running all thermal laminating films up to 10 mil at speeds up to 16 FPM and can laminate a wide variety of substrates to 1/4" thick. Save energy by turning it on when you need it, warm up time is only five minutes. The options on this machine, include 3" supply mandrels, welded steel stand, additional slitters and additional feed guides. With the optional liner take up assembly, it is capable of applying, hot (thermal) laminates or cold (pressure sensitive laminates) as well. Due to the superior heat replacement characteristics of our exclusive patented heated roll system, the PL-227HP is particularly suited to simultaneous mounting and laminating on heat activated adhesive foam board. It produces a superior scratch and stretch free finish and a bond so aggressive that any attempt to peel off the laminated material will result in total destruction of the foam board.

It can also mount a wide variety of substrates as thick as 1/4". With a warm up of about 6 minutes, the machine may be turned on when you need it, which translates into significant energy savings. Accessories include 3" supply mandrels, and welded steel stand. Our exclusive micro-adjustable slitters are available as an option for larger jobs.
